In simple terms, we become your tenant and agree to pay you a fixed monthly rent regardless of voids or late payments from our professional tenants.

STEP 1

We will conduct a consultation call to see how our services can benefit you, and get to know more about your property and situation.

We rent your property for 3-5 years using a specialist agreement.

Your rent is guaranteed for the entire term with no hidden fees or commissions.

STEP 3

We refurb and furnish the house where required to attract our professional guests and clients. This is a completely free, complimentary service we provide to landlords that work with us.

STEP 4

We conduct viewings with our professional clients and secure the very best tenants. Our tenants and guests are employed by NHS hospitals, Amazon, Automotive manufacturer’s and more.

STEP 5

We take over the management and maintenance of the property to give you a truly passive and hands off experience.

STEP 6

At the end of the agreement we can will provide you with options to either extend the management period, or to simply return the property in spotless, refurbished condition.
